RETURN POLICY
We would like you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, Cargo Tarpaulin and nets will be responsible for handling all returns and refunds ensuring your satisfaction is met.
All standard products ordered will carry 15% handling charge and transportation cost, will be applicable to goods correctly supplied. Subject to goods being in original packaging and no present defects or use of product.
Custom-made products are non-refundable but can be modified /changed at a nominal fee.
Once we inspect the product and validate your return, we will deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible
Should a refund be required this will be processed within 7-10 working days of approved return?
